The hospital’s key loss drivers fell to Sh283.17 million in 2025 from Sh1.98 billion in 2024, when most of the spending was on one-offs, including Sh584.42 million on fines and penalties, Sh533.4 million on impairment, Sh360.75 million write-offs and Sh332.87 million legal costs.
