Warwick Crown Court ordered the destruction of mastiff Great Dane cross Junior after he attacked four-year-old Luna-Ann Forsyth, leaving her scarred for life. Owner Emma Callaghan was convicted of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
