Russia has suspended trilateral peace talks with the US and Ukraine after a year of negotiations that produced no territorial concessions, record drone and ballistic missile strikes, and plans to recruit an additional 409,000 troops with the only agreed outcome being prisoner exchanges that began in 2022.
