Option 3: Sneak via the rooftop The third and final option is preferable for those who don't want to spend any money. If you go to the left-hand side of the House of Healing, you should see a ladder. There are two guards chatting nearby. Wait for them to continue their patrol, before you jump and climb to the rooftop. Where to find Yann Regardless of how you managed to evade the guards, your goal is to head to the right-hand side of the facility where the devotees are praying. If you do get spotted, the guards will turn hostile, so just make a run for it. Once you enter the last room along the hallway, a cutscene will trigger and Kliff will meet up with Yann. From this point onward, you just need to follow Yann as he escapes the area. He'll also commandeer a wagon for the two of you, and he'll bring you to your next destination and the quest's conclusion.
