LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebuanos can expect mostly fair weather this weekend, with possible isolated thunderstorms, the state weather bureau said on Friday, March 20. In its forecast, the Visayas Pagasa Regional Services Division (PRSD) said the same weather conditions are expected across the rest of the Visayas, including Palawan, the Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro, due to the easterlies.
