As China moves into what analysts describe as a “head-to-head” collision with the United States, the world is confronting what observers say is Beijing’s increasingly aggressive expansionism. Chester Cabalza, president of the think tank International Development and Security Cooperation, said China is actively seeking to overtake the US in global reputation.
