President Donald Trump indicated on March 19 that Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell was still under investigation over the $2.5 billion price tag to renovate the Federal Reserve’s Washington headquarters, after a federal judge blocked subpoenas issued to the Federal Reserve as
