MANILA, Philippines – Philippine authorities on Wednesday arrested four people and seized nearly P2.4-million worth of petroleum products in a crackdown on illegal trading in Albay province, the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said Friday.
