SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — The Northern Davao Electric Cooperative (Nordeco) should consider seeking a temporary restraining order (TRO) and continue peacefully protecting its assets as it faces a planned takeover by the Aboitiz-led Davao Light and Power Co.
