[Ghanaian Times] A three-member investigation team, led by the Head of Investigations at the Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation and Prevention Bureau (AIB Ghana), Captain Paul Forjoe, has been commissioned to investigate Monday's aircraft accident at Tema Community One.
