A NEW trailer record had been set, as the trailer for the upcoming movie “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” garnered 718.6 million views in just 24 hours, according to Sony Pictures. The record topped the previous one set by another superhero movie, Deadpool & Wolverine, which had 365 million views during its first 24 hours online. It had also topped the trailer views of its 2021 predecessor, Spider-Man: No Way Home, which had 355.5 million views in 24 hours. “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” which stars Tom Holland as the main character, along with Zendaya and Sadie Sink, is expected to hit Philippine cinemas on July 29, 2026.
