LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — At least 145 senior high school graduates were hired on the spot during a government-led job fair in Talisay City, Cebu. The hiring was part of a nationwide initiative to help school leavers transition directly into the workforce by bringing employers and essential government services together in one venue. Overall, 241 applicants secured employment during the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair held across Cebu, Sorsogon, and Davao del Norte this year.
