LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro assured the public there is no rice shortage in the province, citing stable supply and steady prices despite concerns over the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. On Friday, March 20, the governor conducted unannounced inspections in supermarkets and public markets in Mandaue City and Talisay City to check compliance and assess actual prices on the ground.
