BACOLOD CITY — Three alleged members of the New People’s Army (NPA), tagged in a string of killings and arson incidents, were killed in an encounter with government troops in Barangay Tampalon, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, at around 4 a.m. on Saturday, March 21.
