PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur- The provincial government of Zamboanga del Sur is pushing to expand the national government’s fuel subsidy program to include delivery riders, citing their vital role in local transport services. Governor Divina Grace Yu said the province has been assisting in the validation of tricycle drivers to fast-track the release of the subsidy.
