Northern Samar adopts 'anticipatory measures' vs Middle East crisis

TACLOBAN CITY- As tensions in the Middle East push oil prices higher, Northern Samar is moving to protect its communities from a possible fuel and economic crisis. On March 18, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), led by Governor Harris Ongchuan, held a high-level meeting with local leaders and partners.
