TEHRAN, Mar. 21 (MNA) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent separate messages to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei and President Masoud Pezeshkian to congratulate the new Iranian year known as Nowruz.
