MACAU—The East Asia Super League (EASL) is strengthening its foothold in Philippine basketball by investing in grassroots development programs. Aside from bringing PBA teams to the yearly EASL games, League chief executive Henry Kerrins said the EASL is investing in youth development in Cebu as part of its long-term strategy in the Philippines.
