CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda on Thursday launched a floating clinic, said to be the first in the country, to the coastal village of Malusac in Sasmuan town where it extended medical services and assistance to more than 200 people including a woman who gave birth. The Kalingang Kapampangan Floating Clinic (KKFC), makes medical services accessible to the province’s almost 150 coastal barangays, said Pineda in a phone interview.
