"A rocket fired by Hezbollah landed in the ancient city of Safed in northern Israel on Saturday, causing damage to infrastructure but no injuries. This was the latest attack in a series of incidents in the Galilee region of Israel from Lebanon. Footage shows a missile strike, causing a crater in the road, broken windows, and a burst pipe in an old building near the impact site. Emergency responders from Magen David Adom and police officers are also seen at the scene. According to reports, Hezbollah launched five rockets inside northern Israel, of which four were intercepted, while one projectile fell in an open field. As Israel's air and ground operations continue in Lebanon, an IDF spokesperson said more than 2,000 of Hezbollah's 'strongholds' had been targeted, killing more than 600 of its members. The US and Israel launched strikes on Iran on February 28. Tehran responded with strikes on Israel and US assets in the region, with explosions reported in countries right across the Gulf. Tehran has since launched retaliatory attacks targeting Israeli territory and US military assets across the region. The US and Israel have been engaged in a military conflict with Iran since February 28, which began with the killing of the Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Over 1,400 Iranians have been killed since then, and at least 18 Israelis have died."
