Hong Kong police are investigating the case of a 14-year-old girl who was blackmailed by a stranger on a mobile chat app, who claimed to have taken an indecent video of her. The force on Tuesday said it received a report from the girl at 10.49pm the day before at Tsz Hong Estate in Tsz Wan Shan.
