The Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority (NYA), Mr Osman Ayariga, has called on voters in the Akwatia Constituency of the Eastern Region to rally behind the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate, Mr Bernard Bediako Baidoo, in the upcoming by-election.
