MANILA, Philippines — The country’s security forces are actively monitoring Chinese “sleeper agents” allegedly embedded in the Philippines, according to the National Security Council (NSC). At a briefing on Friday, Palace press officer Claire Castro read the NSC’s statement in response to Sen.
