MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has suspended the driver’s license of the driver involved in a viral passenger bus ramming incident along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. In a statement on Friday, the LTO noted that the passenger bus rammed eight motor vehicles, including motorcycles, along the northbound lane of Commonwealth Avenue on Thursday, causing at least 10 individuals to sustain injuries.
