MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday said an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (Ilbo) has already been issued against the suspects implicated in the case of the missing sabungeros or cockfighting aficionados. According to Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, the ILBO was issued against the individuals identified by whistleblower Julie Patidongan to be involved in the case. “We have a lookout bulletin for all of them.
