MANILA, Philippines — Businessman Charlie “Atong” Ang and actress Gretchen Barretto have been included in an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) over the case of the missing “sabungeros” (cockfighting fans), along with other suspects, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said on Friday.
