DPWH forms anti-corruption panel in response to public scrutiny

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) formed its Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Committee amid controversy surrounding some of its personnel, sparked by the government’s crackdown on irregularities in flood control projects.
