The 2.3-kilometer Davao City Bypass Project tunnel, the first of its kind in the Philippines, has been fully linked. This significant milestone brings the country closer to a major infrastructure goal that will cut travel time between Toril and Panabo City from nearly two hours to just 49 minutes.
