BI intercepts, bars entry of US sex offender

MANILA, Philippines – A registered sex offender (RSO) from the United States was barred from re-entering the Philippines after immigration intercepted him at the  Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on August 25. The Bureau of Immigration (BI) identified the American as 54-year-old Daniel Allan Macomber, who arrived in the country aboard a Korean Air flight from Seoul, South Korea.
