MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday said his office is already drafting the executive order that will create the independent commission tasked to investigate the anomalous infrastructure projects implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in the past three years of his administration.
