MANILA, Philippines — Kabataan Partylist Rep. Renee Louise Co on Monday decried what she called the “painful contrast” between the lavish lives of political “nepo babies” and the struggles of ordinary students forced to endure underfunded universities, overcrowded classrooms, and unfinished infrastructure projects.
