Rains to continue in large parts of PH due to LPA, habagat

MANILA, Philippines — Rains are seen to persist in large parts of the country on Tuesday, brought by the low-pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) and the southwest monsoon or habagat, the state weather bureau said.
