LEGAZPI CITY—The Bicol police, in coordination with various government and non-government agencies, are in the final stages of security preparations for the annual Peñafrancia Festival in Naga City, particularly for the Traslación and fluvial procession scheduled in the second and third weeks of September. “To beef up security, we are deploying over 3,000 policemen to key pilgrimage sites in the coming days,” Police Brig.
