"Former Polish Prime Minister and Law and Justice Party (PiS) President Jaroslaw Kaczynski has accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of serving German interests, as he rallied supporters to unite against migration and European Union policies. "Poland must be a free, sovereign nation. Today, we have a government that pursues foreign interests, a German agenda," stated Kaczynski at a Warsaw rally on Sunday. Footage shows thousands of supporters gathered at Castle Square, chanting and waving Polish flags. Some held signs reading 'Whose Poland should it be?' and 'Refugees not welcome' as PiS party members delivered speeches. Kaczynski claims Tusk and the Civic Coalition aim to turn Poland into a 'German Protectorate or even a colony', arguing that the plan to unite Europe is "nothing more than the realisation of Germany's claims to world power." "We must fight. We must achieve one thing, and I say this at the end. We must dismiss Tusk and this government. Down with Tusk," Kaczynski told supporters. According to reports, over 5000 people took part in the 'March Against Migration' demonstration, organised by the PiS party. Supporters voiced their disapproval over the government’s migration policies and the EU-Mercosur agreement."
