MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine government has lodged another diplomatic protest against China which recently carried out aggressive and dangerous maneuvers in Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc in the West Philippine Sea.  Foreign Affairs Secretary Ma.
