MANILA, Philippines — Over 50,000 individuals passed the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) conducted nationwide on August 10, 2025, according to the Civil Service Commission (CSC)  In a statement on Monday, the CSC reported that 50,096 examinees for both professional and subprofessional levels are now eligible for civil service.  “Of the 302,028 examinees who took the professional level, 45,730 passed, representing a 15.14 percent passing rate.
