MANILA, Philippines — The driver of a Department of Transportation (DOTr) undersecretary who figured in a road rage incident in Quezon City recently had his driver’s license perpetually revoked. The DOTr reported the development after the erring driver appeared at the Land Transportation Office’s (LTO) hearing on Monday. “This means he will no longer be able to drive,” the DOTr said.
