MANILA, Philippines – Distribution of emergency bags or “go-bags” in Metro Manila is being discussed on social media amidst the series of earthquakes nationwide. Some local government units (LGU) recently began their distribution and planning of go-bags, while some have already distributed their respective emergency kits in the past year.
