EEI acquires 49-ha land in Cavite for P2.8B

MANILA, Philippines — EEI Corp., backed by the Yuchengco family, has taken over the owner of the Philippine offshore gaming operator (Pogo) hub at Island Cove in Cavite.  The transaction, tagged at P2.8 billion, marks the engineering firm’s entry into the real estate business.
