MANILA, Philippines — The death toll from the Sept. 30 magnitude 6.9 earthquake that rocked Cebu is now at 76, according to the latest situational report of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Thursday morning. The number of injuries from the tremor is currently at 559; while the tally of affected individuals is at 748,025, the NDRRMC further added.
