Emma Tiglao’s prelims gown draws cheers, jeers; designer is ‘unbothered’

Pageant strategy, or just a really plain prelims gown? Emma Tiglao‘s deep red Ryan Uson number at the Miss Grand International (MGI) preliminary competition is gaining undue attention with pageant observers critiquing its silhouette and overall design. The gown featured wing-like shoulder pads adorned with red and orange beads, a low V neckline with gold trim, and a figure-hugging skirt with a high slit, and a flowy sheer overlay.
