Diesel prices seen decreasing for first time in 9 weeks

MANILA, Philippines — Pump prices of diesel are expected to go down on Oct. 21, the first possible reduction in nine weeks. In an advisory on Friday, Jetti Petroleum president Leo Bellas said the per-liter price of diesel may go down by 60 centavos to 80 centavos.
