MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Ramil slightly intensified as it moved over the Philippine Sea on Friday morning, according to the state weather bureau. In its 11 a.m. cyclone advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Ramil was last monitored 760 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes.
