The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) continues to strengthen community preparedness and public safety through the turnover of rescue devices and emergency response equipment to two barangays in Tarlac—Barangay Tangkaran and Barangay Santiago.   The turnover ceremony was held at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City, led by the OIC Manager of the Corporate Planning Department Jocelyn Goronio on behalf of PCSO.
