MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has suspended the driver’s license of a motorist involved in a viral road rage at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia). According to the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the driver’s license was suspended by the LTO for 90 days upon issuing a show cause order against the motorist.
