BAGUIO CITY— Minutes after a magnitude 5.2 earthquake hit Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, on Friday afternoon, another temblor rocked the area. READ: Magnitude 5.2 earthquake jolts Ilocos Norte According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the second tectonic quake was measured at a magnitude 5  and traced 13 kilometers northwest of Pagudpud at 4:31 p.m. Intensity II was felt in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte; Intensity I in Claveria, Cagayan; San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte; Sinait and Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
