Magnitude 4.2 quake hits Paluan, Occidental Mindoro

CITY OF CALAPAN – A magnitude 4.2 earthquake shook Paluan, Occidental Mindoro, at 4:03 p.m. on Friday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported. Phivolcs said the tectonic tremor struck 10 kilometers southwest of Paluan at a depth of 10 km. The earthquake came several hours after a magnitude 3.2 quake also struck Paluan.
