MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Ramil (international name: Fengshen) may make landfall in Catanduanes on Saturday afternoon or evening, while Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 is raised over four areas in Luzon, the state weather bureau said.
