MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Ramil has slightly weakened over the coastal waters of Northern Samar, but Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 remains hoisted over eight areas of Luzon and Visayas, according to the state weather bureau on Saturday.
