Typhoon Tino exits PAR; rain expected in parts of Luzon, Mindanao

Track and intensity forecast of Typhoon Tino on Thursday, 5 a.m. (DOST-PAGASA) MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi ) exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) early Thursday morning, but its trough or extension is still causing rains in parts of Luzon and Mindanao, the state weather bureau said.
